Part-Time Creative Content Developer

Creative Quality Productions is seeking Creative Content Developers to support the creation and distribution of engaging digital content across multiple platforms. This is a flexible, part-time role ideal for someone passionate about storytelling, social media, and video production.

The role is primarily remote, with occasional in-person sessions required for recording social media content.

Position Details:

Location: Remote (Virtual) with occasional in-person recording sessions in the Washington, DC Metropolitan Area
Hours: Approximately 4-6 hours per project (shooting & editing)
Compensation: $50/project (as business grows, pay will increase)

Key Responsibilities

• Shoot and edit short-form and long-form social media content

• Assist in developing YouTube thumbnails and compelling video titles

• Collaborate on creative direction and content ideas

• Participate in a 1.5hr orientation training on social media story telling strategies 

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proficiency in CapCut and/or Adobe Premiere Pro (or a willingness to learn)

• Strong attention to detail

• Ability to meet deadlines consistently

• Strong communication skills and a pleasant, professional demeanor

• Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment

Work Structure

• Fully remote with the exception of scheduled in-person recording sessions in the Washington, DC Metropolitan Area

• A company laptop can be provided for editing if necessary

Trial Period & Evaluation

This position will begin with a 30-day trial period. At the end of the trial period, performance will be evaluated to determine continuation of the role.
