Part-Time Executive Assistant
Creative Quality Productions is seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Executive Assistant to support CEO Devin Turner in a fast-paced, creative environment. Our company develops films and series that give back to the community by donating a portion of revenue to Peace of Art DC, a 501(c)(3) organization dedicated to helping youth avoid incarceration through leadership development and creative expression.
This is a part-time, remote contractor position with opportunities to grow alongside a mission-driven production company.
Position Details:
Location: Remote / Virtual
Hours: Up to 10 hours per week, based on workload
Pay: $18/hour
Schedule: Flexible; however, at least 5 hours per week must be available during standard business hours (9:00 AM – 5:00 PM)
Participation in one weekly virtual team meeting (approximately 1 hour) is required
Key Responsibilities:
Executive Support & Coordination
Manage and respond to emails on behalf of the CEO
Maintain and organize the CEO’s calendar and appointments
Schedule meetings and coordinate bookings
Communication & Outreach
Serve as a point of contact by managing calls and communications via phone and email
Reach out to potential clients and venue owners for film screenings and events
Assist with communication to team members, donors, and community partners
Administrative & Operational Support
Provide administrative support for Peace of Art DC (501(c)(3) partner organization)
Assist in preparing documents, presentations, and reports
Create and manage spreadsheets and internal tracking systems
Support development of forms and organizational materials
Meetings & Projects
Participate in weekly team meetings with the CEO and Creative Content Developers
Assist with note-taking, follow-ups, and task tracking
Support special projects and research as needed
Additional Opportunities:
Assist with booking speaking engagements (10% commission opportunity)
Qualifications & Skills:
Pleasant, professional communication style
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Proactive, reliable, and adaptable
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Workspace
Comfortable using virtual meeting and communication tools
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Preferred Experience:
Prior experience supporting executives or small teams
Experience with scheduling, coordination, or administrative roles
Additional Information:
This position will begin with a trial period, after which performance will be evaluated for continued engagement.
